FITNESS & MEDITATION
Instagram Live with One Yoga: Follow @oneyogalions for updates on daily Vinyasa and/or meditations.

At-Home Barre Workouts: Get an endorphins boost that will help you stay energized (and happy) all day long. Start off with a warm-up and various upper body exercises, followed by a sequence of leg and seat work at the barre and core exercises on the floor.
