Ballet BC- Program 2: Come out and celebrate a captivating evening of dance. With Jorma Elo’s 1st Flash return, the world premiere of Adi Salant, and the poetic Solo Echo by Crystal Pite, this will be a performance to remember.

Jingles and Sounds for Speaking to our Grandmothers: “Through a series of performances at the 2018 Seattle Art Fair, Hupfield and Vickers activated their [jingle] cone to explore its musical potential, communicate with each other, and converse with their grandmothers. This exhibition brings together documentation of the performances in Seattle, the jingle cone itself, and a new series of drawings made from the original performance costumes.”

The Vancouver International Women in Film Festival: “The 14th annual Vancouver International Women in Film Festival (#VIWFF) celebrates the best of cinema created by women,” presenting 49 films from 19 different countries around the world including 18 local filmmakers.

Let’s Talk About Anxiety: “Everyone gets anxious, so why does talking about it feel so icky sometimes?
